All items are carefully packaged before shipment. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.


By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier upon shipment. If an issue arises during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.


No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during shipping.
